🍸 DRUNK HISTORY: Speakeasy Edition 🇺🇸 📅 Thursday, August 13 • 6:30 PM Drunk History is heading to River’s End Speakeasy for a special America 250-themed evening filled with cocktails, scandals, bizarre medicine, and questionable decisions. We’ll be featuring the same stories from our Wino Edition, exploring the lives of Hugh Mercer and George Weedon—two Revolutionary-era Fredericksburg figures whose lives were far stranger than most history books let on. The stories will be paired with two specially crafted cocktails created by one of Fredericksburg’s best mixologists, Calvin. IYKYK. 🍹 The storytelling begins at 6:30 PM, but River’s End opens at 5:00 PM. Arrive early, enjoy dinner and a drink, and settle in before the history—and the poor decisions—begin.
