Drunk History at Folklore Rooftop Bar
About the Tour
🍸 DRUNK HISTORY: Folklore Rooftop Bar 🇺🇸 📅 Thursday, August 27 • 7 PM (Doors open at 6 PM) Drunk History is heading to Folklore Rooftop Bar for the final event of our summer series! We’re starting with the wild world of colonial taverns—where people drank, debated politics, conducted business, spread gossip, and occasionally helped start a revolution. From there, we’ll dive into bizarre colonial medicine and the strange lives of Hugh Mercer and George Weedon, two Revolutionary-era Fredericksburg figures whose stories were far more colorful than most history books let on. This is your last chance to hear these stories before we switch to an entirely new fall series! The evening will feature two brand-new cocktails created especially for the event, plus a complimentary cupcake from Cool Cat Cupcakes. Come early, order some food and drinks, and enjoy a little rooftop pregaming before the history—and the poor decisions—begin. Your Ticket Includes: • Two specially crafted cocktails on theme • Four Drunk History storytelling segments • A complimentary cupcake from Cool Cat Cupcakes ⏰ Program begins at 7 PM 💵 $65 + Tax 🔞 21+ | Approximately 2 Hours 📍 Folklore Rooftop Bar Additional food and drinks will be available for purchase. Pregaming is encouraged. Driving afterward is not. Please plan on taking a taxi or Uber—it’s a must. One last summer night. Two new cocktails. Plenty of questionable history. 🍸
